  Down to the hand-chiseled ice cubes and bow-tie, they deliver a prohibition era speak-easy feel. Find the phone booth to find your way to the hidden location. I love the "Irish Maid" for something refreshing, and "Blood and Sand" for a stiff sipping drink.

  The problem with our beloved information age, at least to the extent of imported good times like Blues Central, is that some technically reviewable entities transcend digital peer review. Instead, trust your friends and close colleagues from whom you're most likely to have heard about this place. Bring interesting company, as part of the experience offered by Blues Central is an underlying historical lesson in pre-smartphone human interaction—also known as connection. The highly credentialed engineers behind the bar will take care of the rest with patently human, drinkable art.
  
  (Strictly as a patron, I can say that the staff, if ever, are less than kind only to rude, entitled people, and the wonderfully comfortable environment was obviously actualized by experienced interior designers. It's so easy for melodramatic imbeciles to ruin good businesses via the internet. Don't enable them by allowing them to sway you at the slightest suggestion of a universally bad experience.)
