  I went in to buy butane for my Zippo, when the cashier told me why am I purchasing so much butane, (6cans) I explained the her, I work in the village and will not be near a surplus store. Also I asked about why would butane over the counter need my ID and be limited. She then replied back I can only sale you 1. So I Asked for a manager, the moment the manager came in she told the manager I shop here daily and get the same item 6cans of butane every day here and I'm using profanity. The manager a skinny cracked out lady and the cashier a fat native lady instantly started telling me I'm not allowed to shop here. When I live less then 2 blocks away and I've never been in the smoke shop to purchase anything in my life. I am completely disgusted by how I was treated and my service of my neighborhood carrs. I will not shop here again until they are relieved of there jobs. Walgreens will be doing all my groceries across the street.

  I will never use Carrs Aurora Pharmacy ever again! Everytime I go in they state that they never have my insurance info even though I have to give it everytime. They always have issues of " not receiving" any of our family prescriptions. I have had rude service on many occasions. I am not one to post bad reviews, but after my day long run around with this pharmacy where I actually had my insurance call to verify coverage while I was on hold with them only to have my husband go to pick up our RX and them still not have any record of this info. Are you kidding me?!??!! I'm taking my business elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous.
