  I want to give a big shout out to Sparta Pizza! This is the first time leaving a review on any thing ever! I just had the absolute best Calzone i have ever had in my life! Super soft breading, super moist meat. All around great food! Never a bad experience!

  Went in on a Sunday evening with my husband and 3 kids. Ordered 2 gyros and 1 small pepperoni pizza for dine in as we just wanted to have a simple little meal as a family. Mine and husbands gyros came out in a normal time. Was told by the kid working that it would be a few minutes for the pizza. 45 minutes later the 1 small pizza was finally done. Asked for it in a to go box and was looked at like I had done something wrong. No apology, no nothing for taking over 45 minutes to get 1 small pizza out to the only people dining in. Which was for 3 kids who basically had to snack on our meals and watch their parents eat while they just say there. Completely ruined our simple Sunday meal as a family. We received not even a "oh sorry about the wait" or anything!!!!! Food was good just a huge dissapointment in service :(

  Have ordered several times from here, and the food is awesome! They may seem a little expensive, but not when you get SO much food! My wife and I always have multiple meals left over. Pizza rocks, sandwiches rock, calzones are top-notch and packed full. Just recently discovered the chicken strips which are a GREAT change if you want something different. Even better, they are on GrubHub which makes ordering a breeze when you dont want to pick up the phone. A true gem to Anchorage.

  Pizza was good and reasonably priced but I was very disappointed in the cheese bread. It was just store bought cheap garlic bread, cut up and topped with mozzarella. I wasn't expecting a local pizza place with great reviews to rake the easy way out.
