  Pork Fried Rice is the best in the state !! No one - in the entire state puts as much pork into their fried rice as the Pink Pepper !! Every fork full - Every spoon full - Every mouth full is full or Pork, which makes for a delightful chewing flavor experience. My household of four when we order; it is four orders of Pork Fried Rice. They have, without any doubt the very best egg-rolls in the state of Alaska!

  We enjoyed their food for years, but have experienced bad customer service on several occasions. The last occurrence takes the cake. I called today (the day after Thanksgiving when many local businesses are closed) and asked if they were delivering because sometimes they take to-go orders, but aren't delivering. The man asked what I wanted. I responded by repeating my question. We carried on with this until I asked if he was going to answer my question. I did not want to place an order if it meant having to go get it. He told me that was why he asked what I wanted. I told him he could have answered my question. It was that simple. He hung up on me. I called back and asked if he was the manager and he responded that he was. I asked why he hung up on me and told him we are faithful customers and he interjected by yelling at me and told me I was arguing with him. We spoke over one another as I wasn't finished talking when he rudely jumped in. He then hung up again. I do not understand why he would treat us like that when he has delivered to our door many times over the last 10 years. I am done with Sweet Pink Pepper.

  If I could rate 0 I would, ordered some food for my office. they told me it would take 45 minutes. 1 1/2 hr later I called to cancel my order because it was taking too long. They told me no, it had already arrived. Eventually after arguing with me they eventually agreed to a refund. 30 minutes later our food arrived (new and hot). I told the delivery man I didn't want it since I was already promised a refund. He gave me a dirty look, took the food and left. When I asked management to actually refund me, they hung up on me and never actually refunded. I had to call and file a claim with the bank. Terrible!!!!
